Lead product line management for Vishay Applied Thin Film Products at the Fremont site with responsibility for strategy, pricing, and profitability of custom thin film products; drive year-over-year growth and coordinate with finance, sales, marketing, and operations to execute growth plans; educate customers and customer service on product lines and resolve issues; oversee product development and portfolio expansion, leveraging 7+ years of engineering, marketing, or field sales experience with technical products; require a Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business and US work authorization without company sponsorship; role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or business
- Minimum of 7 years of engineering, marketing, or field sales experience with technical products
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Proven examples of product line and portfolio growth experience are essential
