Job Summary

Define the marketing specification of new products and features, including market studies, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy. Interface directly with defense customers and internal engineering teams to capture requirements and influence design priorities. Author product requirements, pricing plans, and pre-sales documentation to support business development efforts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure program delivery aligns with customer expectations. Research standards activities to ensure conformance with industry practices. This Junior Product Line Manager role focuses on product planning and execution throughout the lifecycle. The position requires a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a related field, with knowledge of network synchronization technologies being an advantage.

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
  • MBA - proffered
  • Knowledge of network synchronization and related technologies (e.g. IEEE 1588, GPS/GNSS)
  • Ability to help customers design time and frequency distribution systems
  • Strong self-learning skills
  • Experience in sales or sales support
  • Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Can-do attitude and a creative, natural problem solver
  • Strong organizational skills (detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and adaptable)
  • Excellent presentation skills to make complex technology simple, motivate sales forces, and build customer confidence and trust
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English is required
  • Proficiency in additional languages
