Job Summary
Execute product strategy for Learning Environment categories and manage the full lifecycle from concept through sunset. Identify market opportunities via competitive analysis and dealer feedback to develop roadmaps that strengthen AIS' position in targeted segments. Lead cross-functional teams through development, defining requirements for features, cost targets, and positioning. Support sales, customer service, and dealers with product insights, training, and competitive comparisons. Partner with marketing on messaging and tools while participating in trade shows. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of product management experience, specifically within the K-12 Education Furniture segment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of product management, category management, or product line management experience
- Demonstrated experience in K-12 Education Furniture segment
- Familiarity with key competitors and dealer networks serving the K-12 space
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and bring products to market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
