Job Summary
Define the product's long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap from concept to market launch. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and determine product viability. Gather, prioritize, and manage customer requirements, translating them into functional specifications for engineering. Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and support to oversee the entire product lifecycle. Establish and meet financial commitments for revenue and margin while developing and executing product launch and marketing strategies. Track product performance and customer satisfaction using data to drive future improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience
- 2+ years' experience in product management, business analysis, project management, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and delivering value to customers
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Location: In-person, Plymouth, Minnesota, with flexibility for hybrid work on Mondays and Fridays
Desired Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, project management, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, Agile, IFS, Salesforce, or other product management software
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles
- Familiarity with data analytics tools like Google Analytics, PowerBIor SQL
