Job Summary
Support the Footwear PLM team by managing the foundational work that enables product creation excellence. The role involves managing the line in systems, updating the VLP, tracking samples, building product decks and sell-in presentations, preparing for and following up on meetings, supporting product wall setup, managing tools and systems (e.g., MMX, VLP, 3-Year Line Plan, Miro), and clearly communicating updates and changes to cross-functional partners. You will help the team meet CODE milestones through strong preparation, organization, and follow-through, maintain a high standard of accuracy across product data, tools, and deliverables, and identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and ways of working. You will own a defined product segment within the Kids Footwear portfolio, briefing products, gathering and sharing consumer and marketplace insights, managing product details and timelines, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver against seasonal priorities and consumer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience
- Understanding of the retail landscape and marketplace dynamics
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple product creation timelines in a high-volume, complex business
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complexity across styles, sizes, and timelines
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations (Keynote, PowerPoint, Miro, etc.)
