Product Line Manager - Fiber Optics

Product Line Manager for Integra Optics portfolio with primary emphasis on data center, medical, enterprise, government, and telecommunications. Responsible for defining product strategy, developing and managing the roadmap, leading supplier engagement, pricing strategy, and driving portfolio growth. Builds deep understanding of customer needs, identifies market gaps, and develops business cases supported by market analysis and revenue projections. Manages end-to-end NPI processes, collaborates with sales to support opportunity development and training, and maintains strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Focus areas include transceivers, fiber-optic cabling, and related connectivity solutions; monitors trends (e.g., 400G, 800G, 1.6T), engages customers and channel partners, and shapes product direction to deliver revenue growth, margin improvement, and market share gains. Provides SME guidance across the portfolio, supports go-to-market messaging, and ensures launch readiness and supply continuity. Travel as needed; role may be remote or office-based.
