Product Line Manager – ESP Enhancement (Artificial Lift)

Job Summary
Own full lifecycle execution of assigned ESP enhancement product lines, including SAND-X, VORT-X, and ESP GAS tools, from concept through commercialization. Drive multi-year roadmaps, investment prioritization, and New Product Introductions while managing pricing strategy, gross profit performance, and margin discipline. Ensure field reliability outcomes and warranty exposure targets are met through cross-functional execution across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Sales. Lead product leadership with accountability for commercial success and margin performance. Requires 10+ years in artificial lift engineering or product leadership with 25% travel to manufacturing and field sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Lift engineering, manufacturing, operations, or product leadership
- Demonstrated ownership of a product line with accountability for commercial results
- Strong working knowledge of ESP, rod lift, gas lift, and Artificial Lift systems
- Proven success launching oilfield technologies from concept to commercial scale
- Strong business judgment with the ability to balance technical, commercial, and operational tradeoffs
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as required in field environments
