Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in similar roles in aviation/aerospace or automotive industries
- Must demonstrate curiosity, confidence, ownership, and passion for aviation
- Must be organized and detail-oriented in own workflows and productivity
- Must have excellent professional communication verbally and in writing
- Must demonstrate ability to analyze and discuss data analytics clearly

Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (advanced Excel preferred)
