Product Line Manager

Job Summary
Develop and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle plans for the assigned product line, translating customer needs and competitive intelligence into business priorities. Monitor market trends, revenue, and gross margins to drive profitable growth and identify strategic risks. Lead business cases for new product development, sustaining engineering investments, and product rationalization while collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Finance. Serve as the Voice of the Market by engaging with customers, sales teams, and industry stakeholders to strengthen market presence and gather insights. Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize product improvements, support new product introductions, and align investment decisions with long-term business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related technical discipline
- 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in product management, applications engineering, technical marketing, business development, or related customer-facing technical roles supporting complex engineered products
- Demonstrated experience developing product strategies, business cases, market assessments, or product roadmaps
- Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic business decisions
- Must be able to meet CGP/ITAR requirements
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent business experience
- Experience supporting RF, microwave, high-voltage, medical imaging, aerospace, defense, industrial equipment, or similarly complex technologies
- Experience managing global product portfolios and supporting international markets
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and competitive strategy
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Sales, Technical Services, and Operations throughout the product lifecycle
