Job Summary
Manage product line portfolios from initial prototype through manufacturing and phasing out, ensuring functional performance and resolving quality issues. Act as technical liaison between CMP and customers while leading cross-functional teams to drive productivity improvements and mitigate schedule risks. Monitor long-term profitability and ensure adherence to quality standards using existing technologies customized for customer needs. Demonstrate expert technical knowledge of CNC machining, sheet metal, welding, and assembly, with proficiency in SolidWorks and French/English communication. Requires Bachelor's degree in engineering, two years of experience, and ability to work flexibly with overtime and travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant technical diploma or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with people in a group environment and customer focus
- Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to work flexibly and overtime as necessary to meet deadlines
- Availability and ability to travel to visit customers if necessary
- Knowledge and experience of CNC machining, sheet metal work, welding, finishing and assembly
- Spirit of continuous improvement in all aspects of work habits
- Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Master the French and English language (customers from the United States)
Desired Qualifications
- GD&T preferred
- Knowledge of Solid Works is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
