Job Summary
The Product Line Champion provides support and training to internal and external customers, handling quality claims and process inquiries. Responsibilities include creating standard operating procedures, tracking product data, inspecting products in the field, engaging with customers on product service characteristics, and collaborating with engineering and sales to enhance product offerings. The role requires traveling nationally and internationally, driving a company vehicle, and providing ongoing field support and training of products.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years wireline service experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the company driver requirement to operate a company vehicle while traveling
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

- Ability to Self-Manage
- Anticipate the needs of external and internal customers
- Provide proficient communication both verbally and via email and through composition of documents
- Exhibit strong computer skills
- Generate reports through Microsoft
- Basic knowledge of shop tools
