Job Summary
Drive end-to-end lifecycle management of commodities and peripherals, ensuring cost and quality excellence from pre-concept through Time to Quality and Volume. Lead multi-functional teams to execute strategic planning, manage critical processes like MCNs and supply chain changes, and implement risk mitigation strategies for design stability. Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing partners, and global supplier teams to meet performance metrics for scope, cost, and Time to Market while governing compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 9+ years NPI, Program &/or Project Management experience
- Background in Prod/Mfg Operations, Quality & Supply Chain Management
- Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management from FCS to End of Life
- Working knowledge and understanding of different manufacturing and fulfillment models (i.e. EMS, OEM/ODM/JDM, Build-To-Stock, Software fulfillment, Country enablement)
- Awareness and familiarity with software consumption models and tools (i.e. XaaS, Flexible Consumption Models, Cloud providers, Software Licensing, New Offer Structures)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of working in a New Product Introduction (NPI) MFG environment with Contract Manufacturers and ODM/JDM suppliers
- Functional knowledge of product development methodologies (ie. Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Excellent executive level communication and influencing skills
- Experience with data analytic tools & AI to apply to business problems
