Product Lifecycle & Master Data Lead

Job Summary
The role leads end-to-end product lifecycle coordination for ANZ logistics, driving NPI activities, master data governance, and product setup from introduction through retirement. You will act as the Supply Chain voice to identify risks, coordinate cross-functional readiness, manage phase-in/phase-out and product discontinuation to minimize risk and waste, and develop dashboards and standard reports to support decision-making. Responsibilities include item creation, master data setup, packaging, capacity planning, data governance frameworks, and ensuring regulatory and quality compliance while maintaining traceability and documentation. You will drive data quality through audits, readiness activities, and collaboration across functions to support patient safety, operational efficiency, and business continuity. The role requires expertise in ERP (preferably JDE), experience with NPI/product lifecycle management, data-driven decision making, stakeholder engagement, and familiarity with healthcare/regulatory environments. Proficiency in Excel, data governance concepts, NPC, RPIM tools (TM1/DAS8 or equivalent), and PIM systems (Riversand) is expected, with Lean Six Sigma being desirable. This position is anchored in Baxter’s ANZ Supply Chain team and emphasizes governance, readiness, and lifecycle optimization to sustain healthcare outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data, or related fields
- Proven experience in supply chain, product lifecycle, or master data governance
- Experience in NPD/NPI, product lifecycle management, or change management
- Experience operating within ERP environments (JDE preferred)
- Proven experience in process improvement, data-driven decision making, and collaborator engagement
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments (preferred)
- Proficient to advanced abilities in Excel
- Knowledge of data governance principles and frameworks
- Lean Six Sigma (desirable)
- Proficient in GS1 National Product Catalogue (NPC)
- Intermediate skills in Reporting tools (TM1, DAS8 or equivalent)
- Intermediate skills in PIM systems (e.g., Riversand)
