Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Configuration Analyst

Job Summary
Configuration Analyst on the Global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team responsible for facilitating product and process changes from launch to end-of-life. Key duties include Change, Item, BOM, and Document Management within the PLM system; acting as a quality gatekeeper for change records and controlled documentation; setting up material master data in ERP; developing implementation plans; troubleshooting change/configuration processes; leading or supporting training; monitoring change queues and delivering KPIs; and participating in audits and audit backroom support. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science and at least 2 years of related GxP experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe; experience with PLM/Document Control software and ERP systems preferred; strong communication, organization, and independent/team work skills; ISO 13485-related quality regulation familiarity preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Science discipline
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related GxP environment experience
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and Adobe for information/report generation
- Experience with PLM or Document Control software
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Self-starter, organized, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Verbal and written communications are clear and understandable
