Job Summary
Product-Led Growth Manager to architect and optimize a self-serve growth engine across product, marketing, and RevOps. Responsible for defining PLG framework, onboarding improvements to reduce Time-to-Value, in-app triggers to drive virality and expansion, automated lifecycle messaging to nudge activation milestones, and ensuring data integrity across Segment, Mixpanel, and CRM stacks to trigger sales-assisted upgrades. Will lead continuous A/B testing on pricing pages, onboarding flows, and gated content to maximize conversion, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align experimentation with business goals. Strong emphasis on analytics, API/webhook literacy, and cross-functional leadership to scale a SaaS product in a global remote-first environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Growth Operations (ideally within a SaaS environment)
- Analytical Rigor: proficient with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) and able to tell a story with numbers
- Technical Fluency: understanding of APIs, webhooks, and tracking pixels; ability to speak the language of Product and Engineering
- Growth mindset and comfort with rapid experimentation (failing fast, running multiple small tests)
- Cross-functional leadership: ability to influence teams that don't report to you to drive growth experiments
- Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency
