Job Summary
Develop and execute Fidelity's multi-year tokenization strategy by prioritizing practical use cases across brokerage, asset servicing, and trading workflows. Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and deliverables while acting as a bridge between tokenization initiatives and core brokerage platforms. Lead cross-functional alignment with engineering, legal, risk, and operations teams to ensure scalable solutions enhance front-, middle-, and back-office processes. Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through pilot to scaled implementation, ensuring compliance and operational resiliency. Stay current on blockchain trends and participate in industry forums to inform product direction.
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of tokenization, blockchain/DLT, and digital asset markets
- Strong knowledge of brokerage platforms and operational workflows, including trading, clearing, settlement, custody, and client servicing
- 7–10 (DIR) or 10-15 (VP level) years of experience in product management, strategy, or financial services transformation
- Proven ability to work across complex, matrixed organizations and deliver cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management, with ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience working with regulatory, compliance, or risk teams in a financial services environment
- 100% onsite presence
