Job Summary
Lead strategy, design, and delivery of AI and digital solutions across Mercer, managing initiatives from ideation through scaling. Partner with business leaders to define product roadmaps, prioritize strategic initiatives, and align capabilities with organizational goals. Own the full product lifecycle, ensuring all outputs are practical, scalable, and compliant with data governance and security standards. Drive integration of machine learning and automation into existing platforms while overseeing cross-functional teams to optimize resources and monitor KPIs. Build strong relationships with product owners to ensure clear communication and collaboration between technical teams and business units.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in AI product ownership, digital product leadership, or enterprise technology innovation
- Proven track record of delivering AI and digital solutions at scale within complex environments
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, digital platforms, data architecture, and product design
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Expertise in agile delivery methods and leading cross-functional teams
- Must be able to work at least three days a week in the office
- All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week
