Job Summary
As the first product hire, own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, collaborating with design, engineering, customer success, and marketing to define and execute Zip’s product strategy. Build and scale the product function, translate customer problems into shipped product, define success metrics, partner with engineering to deliver high-quality releases, and lay the foundation for a scalable product culture. Drive roadmap definition, feedback loops between customers and internal teams, and close collaboration with the CEO and CTO to align on strategy and execution.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Experience in B2B SaaS
- Startup experience - ideally as an early product hire
- Strong technical communication skills and a mastery of building processes + using software
- Strong sense of design principles and user experience
