Job Summary
Own the platform roadmap across mobile and web platform ecosystems, design system, and supporting capabilities with clear prioritization linked to developer velocity, member experience, and business outcomes. Drive technical strategy in partnership with engineering, champion developer experience as internal customers, own the design system product to enable scalable UX, lead feature flagging and experimentation infrastructure, build and maintain observability and performance frameworks, and navigate cross-functional stakeholders to align platform investments with executive priorities. Strong communication to translate technical complexity into business-relevant narratives for senior leadership; operate with high autonomy in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling domains
- Hands-on experience with mobile platform development (iOS and Android) and web platform engineering
- Experience owning or contributing to developer-facing products (design systems, feature flagging platforms, CI/CD tooling, internal SDKs)
