Job Summary
Create and execute the long-term product vision for e-bikes, city bikes, and accessories, translating strategy into a three-year roadmap. Lead innovation projects through the stage-gate method, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards while optimizing the New Product Introduction process. Maintain the distinctive Veloretti design identity across all new releases and manage two direct reports to drive market-ready product quality. Bridge stakeholders across engineering, production, procurement, sales, and finance, coordinating with other Pon.Bike brands. This role supports the international growth phase of the design-led lifestyle brand.
Required Qualifications
- 8 tot 10 jaar ervaring in het managen van productontwikkeling of projectmanagement
- Een afgeronde opleiding op wo- of hbo-niveau, zoals Industrieel Ontwerpen of Technische Bedrijfskunde
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel in woord als geschrift
- Analytisch sterk
- Kunt uitstekend prioriteiten bepalen om projecten zelfstandig op te volgen
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring in het managen van productontwikkeling of projectmanagement, bij voorkeur gericht op consumentenproducten in een design- of technisch gedreven omgeving
- Ervaring in de fietsenbranche
- Sterke vaardigheden in stakeholdermanagement binnen een internationale context
