Job Summary
Drive product vision and strategy to develop market-leading data interoperability solutions across Trimble and Caterpillar ecosystems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and API integrations. Oversee multi-project initiatives while mentoring team members and fostering strong partner relationships. Define data integration models that maintain data integrity, security, and alignment with business outcomes. Monitor market trends and platform adoption to continuously refine strategy and maximize customer value. This role supports the engineering center in Christchurch, New Zealand, within the Caterpillar Trimble Control Technologies division.
Required Qualifications
- Proven background in product management, platform development, or technical account management for Cloud or IoT solutions
- Solid understanding of API governance, integration technologies, and data transformation concepts
- Strong communication skills with a track record of translating complex needs into actionable strategic plans
- Leadership capability to guide cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organizations
- Logistics: Christchurch, New Zealand (On-site)
- Travel Requirement: 10-15%

- Experience with automotive or construction data sharing standards and regulations
