Job Summary
Carry the product from concept to creation by brainstorming value propositions and distilling vision into roadmaps and specifications through deep domain dives. Translate these specs to design and build with engineers while preparing comprehensive business test cases to ensure compliance and mitigate execution risks. Rigorously evaluate in-flight progress, track assumptions, and conduct competitor analysis to drive decision-making. This role requires 3-9 years of experience across front, middle, and back-office spaces with in-depth understanding of trade life cycles for fixed income, equities, and derivatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3-9 years of experience working in the front, middle and/or back-office space
- Experience working closely with engineers
- In depth understanding of Trade life cycle of various asset classes (Fixed Incomes, Equities, Derivatives, etc)
- Understand the accounting impact of the above asset classes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and the ability to articulate standpoints/ideas and influence stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple lines of execution with attention to detail and quality
- A high level of personal maturity and a collaborative attitude
- A healthy combination of resourcefulness, domain expertise, creativity and execution prowess
