Job Summary
Product Lead / Senior Product Manager responsible for owning one or more strategic product areas end-to-end. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; work directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs; conduct market research and competitive analysis; collaborate with Engineering, Design, Implementation, and Customer Success teams; drive product adoption and measurable business outcomes; define product success metrics and monitor performance; present strategic recommendations to leadership; identify and evaluate growth opportunities; convert insights into actionable product initiatives. This role requires 8+ years in product management, strong customer discovery, business acumen, cross-functional influence, and experience with B2B SaaS products. Experience in Healthcare, SaaS, Workflow Software, ERP, CRM, or enterprise products and launching new products or lines is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management
- Proven experience managing products from discovery through execution
- Strong customer discovery and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and create structure where needed
- Strong business acumen and commercial understanding
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with B2B SaaS products
