Job Summary
Product Lead to own what is built, how it is built, and how well it serves users for Scania’s used parts platform. Translate venture strategy, customer needs, technical constraints, and operational realities into a scalable, well-architected product. Own the product and technical platform strategy, backlog, and prioritization; lead the product team’s workflow and collaboration with design, engineering, and stakeholders; shape technical direction, data foundations, and AI-driven ways of working. Role emphasizes owning product direction and delivery in a small, fast-paced venture environment with potential for broader leadership as the venture grows. Location is Stockholm; office-based in central Stockholm.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience from product leadership or technical product management and leadership
- Hands-on delivery mindset with comfort working close to engineering, users, and business priorities
- Fluency in English; Swedish or additional languages are a plus
- Experience with modern software development concepts, cloud platforms, data models, APIs, integrations, analytics, UX, CI/CD, and operational readiness
- Ability to mentor others and foster effective cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to balance strategic product direction with pragmatic delivery and trade-offs
- Experience with B2B platforms, marketplaces, automotive, transport, circularity, logistics, spare parts, or enterprise integrations is highly relevant
- Comfort working in a venture environment with broad responsibilities and informal leadership
- Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate product work while maintaining quality and ownership
- Strong systems thinking and user journey orientation
