Job Summary
Product Lead for the portfolio accounting product on Arcesium's platform, responsible for carrying a product/feature from concept to creation, shaping the product roadmap and specifications, partnering with engineers to translate specifications into the product, creating comprehensive business test cases, and driving risk mitigation and competitive analysis. The role emphasizes deep domain knowledge in fixed income concepts, hands-on Python coding, and leveraging LLMs/agentic tools to accelerate research and analysis, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration across front/middle/back-office contexts within an Indian office (Hyderabad/Bengaluru).
Required Qualifications
- Ability to code in Python
- Fluent with LLMs and agentic tools
- Working knowledge for Fixed income asset classes and related concepts (amortization, loan settlements)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple lines of execution with attention to detail and quality
- Certifications in financial domain such as CA, CFA are an added advantage
- Experience of working in the front, middle and/or back-office space an added advantage
- Fund accounting and journal entries knowledge an added advantage
- Experience working closely with engineers
- Strong academic background and collaborative attitude
- Resourcefulness, domain expertise, creativity, and execution prowess
