Job Summary
Lead design teams to deliver robust fintech UX across PhonePe products. Mentor a team of Product Designers, Researchers and Visual Designers, and drive a UX strategy aligned with the Product Vision in a planned, evolutionary, and iterative fashion. Build strong relationships with leaders inside and outside core product and technology teams to implement cohesive and well-informed user experiences. Champion PhonePe’s values and design principles, and advocate for users in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing design, business, and engineering to define the user experience across all products.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of design experience
- 3+ years in leading design or product teams
- Proven skills designing and developing products (large-scale, fintech exposure preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
- BDes or MDes in design ideal but not a constraint
- Experience with startups and fast-paced environments is a plus
