Job Summary
Own a product area end-to-end, from problem discovery through requirements, design, delivery, and post-launch measurement. Translate customer, clinical, and internal stakeholder input into build-ready requirements and acceptance criteria while designing features validated by customers. Run and synthesize user research into actionable decisions, collaborate daily with engineering as an embedded partner, and use AI tools to prototype, synthesize research, and draft specs. Define success metrics at discovery and evaluate whether releases achieved them post-launch. Draft first-pass training call-outs or marketing talking points to support go-to-market efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or combination of equivalent years of experience
- 3–5 years of product experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a feature or product area
- Current, hands-on use of AI tools within a product workflow, with a work sample to show (prototype, spec, or research synthesis)
- Demonstrated ability to define and evaluate product success metrics post-launch
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams in a remote/virtual setting
- Strong written communication skills, with a track record of clear product documentation
- Experience in healthcare software, including familiarity with HIPAA and EMR/EHR integration concepts
- Experience building or testing customer engagement or clinical workflow platforms
- Home office setup: Maintain a dedicated, separate office or room at home to ensure privacy and professional working conditions
- Connectivity: Maintain a reliable, high-speed internet connection at your residence
- Geographic restriction: Must reside and work exclusively within the contiguous United States
- Must legally be eligible to work in the United States
- Notification protocol: You must inform and receive approval from the IT department before working from any location other than the legal address PaceMate has on file
- May require limited travel based on the needs of the business
