Job Summary
Product Lead responsible for a defined customer journey within Everyday Banking platforms, owning discovery through delivery and ongoing optimisation. You will translate product vision into actionable priorities, lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers and business partners, define and prioritise the product backlog, apply data- and experiment-driven decision making, and ensure governance, controls and risk/regulatory considerations are embedded in delivery. You’ll develop product capability, coach colleagues, and contribute to product communities while delivering safe, sustainable, and high-value outcomes in a hybrid UK office-based setting across multiple cities. Emphasis on risk awareness, regulatory considerations, and collaboration with risk/compliance/engineering partners; experience with customer insight, data analysis, and experimentation to balance desirability, viability, and feasibility. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience owning outcomes for a product, feature or journey
- 2+ years experience in financial services or regulated environments
- Strong prioritisation and decision-making capability
- Confidence using data, insight and experimentation
- Experience working in cross functional product teams
- Awareness of risk, controls and regulation in product delivery
