Job Summary
Lead product vision, strategy, and execution across all employee-facing products for Risk & Compliance, Finance, and CX teams. Develop deep customer and employee needs understanding while uncovering insights to identify technologies and partners. Create and manage the platform product roadmap aligned with partner roadmaps and stakeholder buy-in. Partner with design and engineering to define, build, and roll out features. Recruit, inspire, and mentor a product team of managers focused on specific platform areas. Work with the leadership team to refine strategy supporting overall business goals.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Experience in fintech or related consumer technology where consumer safety and security is paramount
- Experience building, launching, and managing products at scale
- Experience building product teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Deep care for the customer
- Proactive
- Outcome-oriented
