Job Summary
Manage the lifecycle of all Roche CL reagent products across overseas, Suzhou, and third-party partners. Develop and execute market strategies to drive Suzhou-manufactured reagents in China. Support new product registration and monitor customer quality feedback. Coordinate sales teams for product recall notifications and manage channel inventory. Lead market strategies for Suzhou factory product launch, including designing promotional materials and training resources. Establish strategic partnerships and build the marketing team to accelerate product transfer. Prepare market activity reports for management review and oversee departmental budgeting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in biology, medical technology, or business administration
- Mastery of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional knowledge of products and market promotion
- At least 3 years of people management experience
- More than 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or multinational pharmaceutical companies
- At least 5 years of product management experience
