Job Summary
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for a cluster of Data Delivery Products, prioritizing and managing the backlog to ensure daily, on-time delivery of high-quality, compliant data. Support business users by identifying problem statements, building data processes, and monitoring implementation impact through flow optimization and production monitoring. Drive delivery across multiple squads, managing cross-functional and cross-country dependencies while setting standards for data models and technical capabilities. Lead a globally distributed team focused on craftsmanship and professional growth, collaborating closely with Tech to ensure scalable, robust solutions aligned with global and local regulatory reporting requirements.
