Job Summary
Product Lead for ING Analytics' Global AI & Data Platform, leading the Customer Success account management team responsible for end-to-end onboarding, adoption and value realization. Own onboarding, migration and ongoing platform adoption across global consumers, coordinating with customer success and support teams to deliver measurable business value at scale. Lead responsibilities include coaching POs and CJEs, backlog management, stakeholder management, and driving process improvements. Requires 6+ years in leadership or senior roles in data, analytics, or cloud environments, strong communication with senior stakeholders, and a track record of delivering across cross-functional teams in a banking/finance data context.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience in platform, product, or customer-facing roles, preferably in data, analytics, or cloud environments
- leadership or senior responsibility in related domains
- strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- ability to operate in ambiguity and drive alignment across complex stakeholder landscapes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (as stated: Bachelor/Master level)
- English proficiency (excellent level)
