Job Summary
Own CDS strategy and roadmap, defining vision, sequencing, and success metrics for answering clinician questions and proactively surfacing evidence. Partner with Clinical Science to manage content quality and decide what guidelines or journals surface, while conducting hands-on user research by shadowing clinicians to drive product conviction. Ship high-quality in-workflow experiences across web, mobile, and EHR surfaces like Epic, integrating chart context to ensure guidance is timely and trustworthy. Establish clear KPIs across adoption, engagement, and clinical safety, using data to evaluate outcomes and iterate quickly. Navigate ambiguity by forming hypotheses and testing them against real-world feedback to move fast without adding alert fatigue.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management
- significant ownership of complex, high-stakes, or AI products
- Track record of shipping 0 to 1 products and taking them to real adoption and revenue
- Strong product taste and user empathy
- Comfort working with clinical, scientific, or evidence-based content
- high bar for accuracy in domains where being wrong has real consequences
- Strong technical fluency
- Ability to make build vs. buy vs. partner decisions and defend them
- Clear communication
- Go deep with clinicians
- Integrate deeply with EHR environments
- Navigate ambiguity and move fast
Desired Qualifications
- clinical, healthcare, or medical informatics experience
- shipped EHR-integrated clinical workflow products
- built agentic or assistant-style products
- worked with medical content, knowledge bases, or evidence retrieval and grounding systems (e.g., RAG)
- worked in regulated environments with a high compliance bar
