Job Summary
Product Lead for AI & Platform at Binti, owning the multi-year roadmap and the horizontal impact of AI and core platform services (e.g., global search, data models, forms infrastructure) to support rapid expansion across government-facing social services. Lead the integration of AI capabilities into daily workflows, drive cross-module platform solutions, collaborate with Engineering on scalable AI systems and configurable components, prototype rapidly using AI-native tools, conduct user-centric research with social workers and agency leaders, and own metrics for platform health, AI adoption, and time saved. Requires 5+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS or AI-integrated products, comfort with API design and data architecture, and experience bringing products from early-stage to enterprise-scale in regulated or government-facing environments. Location is hybrid in San Francisco, CA, with in-person days twice per week and remote restante, reflecting the role’s SF headquarters base.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a heavy emphasis on B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or AI-integrated products
- Experience with regulated, government-facing, or complex workflow software is a plus
- Strong collaboration with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional squads
- Ability to define and execute a multi-year AI & Platform roadmap
- Experience with AI/NLP tooling and model orchestration (LLMs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication for executives, agency leadership, social workers, and families
- Comfortable discussing API design, data architecture, and scalable platform components
- Experience bringing products from early-stage to enterprise-scale
- Demonstrated user-centric research and ability to translate insights into product features
- Proactive in measuring platform health, AI adoption, and efficiency metrics
