Job Summary
As a Product Launch Manager at Tabs, you will lead the coordination of product launches, drive customer adoption initiatives, and bridge the collaboration between Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams. Responsibilities include managing new product go-live readiness, planning customer launches, maintaining adoption health views, and running targeted adoption programs. The role requires strong leadership in cross-functional projects, excellent communication abilities, organizational skills, and a proactive approach. This is a senior role in a high-execution, fully in-person team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS (product, strategy, operations) or consulting
- Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs to completion by leading through influence and process
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to identify breakdowns
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Exceptional organizational skills for tracking multiple programs
- Comfort operating at the intersection of Product/Engineering and customer-facing teams
- High ownership mentality
