Job Summary
Lead Regional Operations activities for product launches, new presentations, and lifecycle initiatives across US, ELMAC, and JAPAC regions. Develop and execute regional launch and lifecycle strategies aligned with global product strategy and regulatory filing plans. Coordinate site readiness with manufacturing and packaging sites, drive SKU creation and rationalization, and ensure governance through project gate reviews. Serve as the Regional Operations representative on Global Product Development Teams and Product Lifecycle Teams, building partnerships with Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial organizations. Present launch plans and portfolio updates to regional stakeholders while managing timelines, risks, and dependencies for multiple cross-functional projects. Monitor departmental KPIs related to launches and lifecycle management, providing regular status updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Product Management, Commercialization or Operations within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Demonstrated project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a global matrix organization
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercialization and product lifecycle management
- Basic understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent)
- Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
