Product Knowledge Operations Manager

Build and own the Product Knowledge Base (PKB) as a scalable, AI-native workflow. Design the retrieval architecture to capture product knowledge from Jira, Confluence, Granola meeting notes, and product communications, and route it to GTM teams at the moment they need it. Own development of release notes, KB articles, help content, and API docs; elevate documentation operations and enforce a docs-as-code mindset with versioning, automation, and observability. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to gather feedback, measure what’s converting, and improve what’s missing. Maintain integration surfaces with Claude and MCP connectors, coordinate with Digital CS on Pendo and Revenue Operations on Salesforce, and manage one documentation specialist. This is a new, first dedicated operations role in the product organization reporting to the VP of Product. Requirements include leadership experience, AI-enabled content workflows, and a systems-thinking approach to documentation. Preferred qualifications include experience integrating LLM-based retrieval (RAG) into a knowledge product and familiarity with venue or hospitality software. Remote US-based role with location eligibility constraints.
