Job Summary
Support the end-to-end development of new products from concept through to launch by coordinating project timelines, milestones, and documentation. Manage product samples, supplier communication, approvals, and technical information while assisting with compliance, testing, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements. Raise purchase orders, maintain production records, monitor shipments, and communicate risks or delays to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain accurate product information across internal systems, prepare costing sheets, and update documentation to keep all records current. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and retail partners to meet launch requirements and support the full product lifecycle.
