Job Summary
As a Product Journey Manager for Life Protection, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new digital life insurance solutions and translate the product roadmap into commercial storylines to boost sales through channels including ING's branch network and online sales. Your role involves identifying and assessing business development opportunities, creating business cases for management, and steering end-to-end project delivery in collaboration with various stakeholders. You should possess a customer-oriented mindset, a strong understanding of Life Protection products, and be adept at project management as well as digital innovations. You are expected to foster collaboration, embrace challenges, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of experience in product management or a related domain (sales, operations, project management, marketing)
- Knowledge and affinity with Life Protection products
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with digital transformation in insurance
- Experience working in a bancassurance and/or digital environment
- Strong communication skills in English, with knowledge of Dutch and/or French as a plus
