Product Intern (full-time)

Job Summary
Product Intern responsible for monitoring product performance end-to-end across countries (NPS, reviews, trends), building business cases with diverse stakeholders to migrate global products in the region, turning data into insights to identify opportunities and risks, benchmarking competitors to spot gaps, supporting strategic product decisions with summarized insights for Marketing/BD/Product teams, and recommending product or communication enhancements to improve customer experience. Develop clear, structured reports/dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders; stay current on industry trends (materials, sleep tech, design, consumer behavior) and bring learnings to the team. Requires strong analytical skills with data, independence, organization, clear communication, and fluency in English. Offered with a hybrid home-office policy in Mexico City and a monthly salary plus vouchers.
