Job Summary
Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. Collaborate with product managers to gather customer feedback and insights for product improvement. Support the coordination and execution of product launches, including documentation and communication materials. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide input on product-related discussions. Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure product requirements are effectively communicated. Assist in the development of product documentation, training materials, and user guides. Assist in operational functions, such as installing hardware and software for clients. Perform basic troubleshooting to address client issues and ensure smooth product functionality. Perform testing on product enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s/master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Strong interest in product management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to collaborate with stakeholders from across local markets
- Prior experience or coursework in product management, marketing, or related fields is a plus
- Availability to start in early August 2026 (full-time internship)
