Job Summary
Lead and manage CSA and UID team for P-8 hardware deliverables; oversee configuration status accounting, unique identification, and change activities; represent the team in program meetings; coordinate with Navy and suppliers to ensure proper configuration management during engineering changes; guide and implement business processes and group documentation; develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and technical excellence. Proficient in DCAC/PDM, TeamCenter, MESci, Boeing UID System, and CSDT; strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; readiness to work on the P-8 program within a highly regulated defense environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
- Level 4: 9+ years of related work experience
- Level 5: 14+ years of related work experience
- Knowledge and experience with guidance for development, analysis, management, and compliance verification of process and product baselines for highly integrated complex products
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across multiple disciplines in an engineering environment
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work with engineering teams, program leadership, customers, and suppliers to support data and application needs
- Experience with change/configuration management processes and engineering data management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with Government Standards including DFARs Clause 252.211-7003, MIL-STD-129, MIL-STD-130
- Experience with DCAC/PDM, TeamCenter (Tc) or IPDM, MESci, Boeing UID System (BUS), CSDT
- Willingness to tackle new technical challenges and expand expertise into unfamiliar areas
- Experience with VBA programming
