Job Summary
Manage product installation and performance for semiconductor capital equipment, including tools for wafer fabrication, photolithography, and metrology. Conduct on-site servicing and maintenance to ensure high productivity, utilizing expertise in optics, image processing, and motion control. Coordinate with field teams and customers to address tool issues, manage spare parts availability, and implement proactive management strategies. Requires 15% travel and includes an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree (Chemistry preferred).

- Experience servicing semiconductor capital equipment
- Knowledge and experience in Semiconductor
- Experience in a wafer Fab environment in integration, photolithography specifically steppers or Metrology Management
- Previous experience with in-Fab chemical equipment and processes
