Job Summary
Install a variety of recently purchased after-market products in customer vehicles by studying showroom system requirements, gathering necessary tools, and completing installations. Preserve rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, and suggesting improved techniques while informing them about the installation process and product maintenance. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and department policies. Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns and interact with customers when applicable. Work a varied schedule including day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 6 months of experience installing products in vehicles
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends
- Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude and demeanor that represents the company in a positive light at all times
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have great attendance and punctuality
- Be an excellent performer; deliver high quality results consistently
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
- Be authorized to work in the United States
