Job Summary
Design user experiences and build products by analyzing customer needs and collaborating with product management, digital design, and technology teams. Participate in a 10-week program featuring hands-on projects that solve real banking problems, network with business leaders, and engage in a mentorship curriculum. Deliverables include a final capstone project that creates solutions for real customer needs while contributing to the firm's product lifecycle. Based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, this role requires a junior with a bachelor's degree and a 3.2 GPA.
