Job Summary
Identify market trends, technology, and consumer insights to drive innovation while developing competitive research. Develop differentiated features that help customers address their financial wellbeing needs and provide an exceptional and easy experience. Participate in the end-to-end review of how a product is delivered and initiate process improvement tasks. Engage with multi-disciplinary teams including marketing, product management, lending, and operations to solve real-life banking problems. Complete multiple rotations across different lines of business and teams over the course of the program. Gain hands-on experience through a comprehensive learning curriculum, mentorship, and project work to develop skills in Agile development and project management.
Required Qualifications
