Job Summary
The Aftermarket Parts PIM Data Manager is responsible for overseeing the collection, organization, accuracy, and distribution of product information across multiple platforms. This role includes maintaining the PIM system for aftermarket parts, improving data quality through audits and corrective actions, partnering with IT for system optimization, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate should have strong data storytelling abilities, proficiency in MS Office and BI tools, analytical skills, and experience with PIM systems and data governance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product information management, data governance, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of aftermarket parts industry or HVAC distribution preferred
- Experience working with PIM or MDM systems, ERP integrations, and data workflows
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and vendors
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing
