Job Summary
Lead industrialization throughout the NPI lifecycle, ensuring manufacturing readiness and smooth product ramp-ups. Act as the key link between Development, Operations, Quality, and external partners to enable successful product launches. Drive DFx activities, optimizing manufacturability, testability, scalability, quality, cost, and serviceability from early design stages. Define and implement manufacturing and test concepts for assigned products in cooperation with relevant stakeholders. Ensure production readiness, including documentation, build support, and continuous improvement. Join FalCom's Industrialization & NPI team working at the intersection of R&D, Product Management, Operations, Quality, and external manufacturing partners.
Required Qualifications
