Job Summary
As a Product Implementation Specialist at Tarro, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end configuration process for new restaurant clients, ensuring accurate and efficient setup of menus and operations in the platform. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation, identify and resolve onboarding issues, and propose systematic improvements. The role requires a product mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in product implementation, onboarding, or product operations in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment
- Exposure to restaurant technology, voice-based ordering, or POS systems
- Experience translating real-world operations into structured, configurable systems
- Experience using internal tools or no-code platforms to solve user-facing problems
- Strong academic performance in a quantitative or technical field
