Job Summary
Product Implementation Specialist to lead and coordinate on-site client software implementations for aircraft/asset-management solutions. Responsible for daily management and oversight of client implementation projects, leading meetings with internal teams and client stakeholders, defining and aligning project scope, utilizing implementation processes and tools, ensuring timely decisions to maintain schedule and budget, establishing professional client relationships, setting expectations with work plans, providing customer training, and sharing customer feedback to influence product enhancements. Role requires maintaining expert knowledge of assigned products, articulating value-add features, and participating in product development discussions. Training will occur in Jacksonville for 1-2 months, followed by a year onsite in Saudi Arabia providing customer support. Required qualifications include 5 years of related experience, 1+ year of team leadership, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and eligibility to obtain necessary security clearances. Master’s degree and experience with enterprise asset management systems are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in related area as an individual contributor
- 1+ year of experience managing team member assignments
- Bachelor�s degree
- Additional 5 years of project management experience and/or customer support experience may be substituted for degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
